PSG's Qatari president Nasser Al-Khelaifi and former FIFA general secretary at centre of criminal probe into tourney TV rights bribes




Swiss federal prosecutors have proclaimed a criminal case for suspected graft joined to tourney broadcast rights against Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the Qatari president of Paris Saint-Germain.


The investigation considerations alleged bribes offered to former FIFA executive theologist Valcke to award 2026 and 2030 tourney rights to Qatari-owned BeIN Media cluster, the workplace of Switzerland's professional general aforementioned on Thursday.

The latest continuing in a very broader Swiss investigation of FIFA is against 'Jerome Valcke, the chief military officer of the BeIN Media cluster LLC Nasser Al-Khelaifi, and a businessperson within the sports rights sector,' federal prosecutors aforementioned. 

Valcke was purported to have received 'undue advantages' from the businessperson, WHO wasn't known, to award 'media rights certainly countries' for four World Cups from 2018 through 2030.
